Four Simple Things That Will Improve Your Life

Whether you know it or not, you manifest your life.  Which simply means, you create your reality by what you think and believe, and thus how you act.  When I realized this a while back, I began some simple practices to improve my life and bring in more of what I desired.

Here are 4 easy steps you can begin today to harness the power of the universe and bring more positive into your life:

1.   Begin Observing Your Thoughts

Start noticing what you think about.  Are you dwelling on all the good things in your life or focusing on the negative?

If you want to manifest your dreams, you must become a master at monitoring your thoughts and feelings.  These thoughts and feelings become your reality, so become proficient at observing them and then you can begin to change your thinking if it is negative.

  1. Visualize Your Dream / Write It Down

Get a clear picture in your mind of what it is you want to manifest in your life.  Is it money?  A relationship?  A new job?  Whatever it is, think on it often.  Put your dream on paper and tell the Universe you are ready to receive.

  1. Make Room For Your Dream / Begin Taking Action

The universe needs to know you are completely ready.  For example, if your dream is to be in a healthy relationship and you live alone, make sure you have room for two people in your home. If you desire more money, begin a practice of saving a bit each week so you have money to invest and make more.  If you desire a new career, begin taking steps in that direction, such as a class to enhance your skills.

The universe needs to know you are serious about manifesting your dream.

  1. Practice Gratitude

Begin a practice of a daily gratitude list for all you do have in your life. This practice trains your mind to focus on the positive and thus brings more good into your life. Act as if you already have what you are wishing for.  Visualize it and thank the universe for bringing it to you.

By practicing these four simple things you should notice a positive difference in your life.
