How many times have you placed an order for content and wished for that little extra space to provide a picture, or a brochure for the writer to glean a little more specific information? Previously, the only way to get extra tidbits to a writer was to send them to a different website via a hyperlink in the prompt. Happily, this is no longer the case. Users and Writers, alike, now have the option to add a little something extra to their prompt or content when they submit it for review.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and trying to describe a product, object, or idea can be cumbersome during the best of times. More often than not, an image will do a much better job of providing an explanation. When you spoke up and offered suggestions, we listened. A new feature is available that allows you to attach additional content, pictures, brochures, and more to an order so that the writer will have a better idea of exactly what you’re looking for.
How It Works
Before you upload an order with an attachment for your next project, double check the type of file you’ll be submitting. We are proud to support txt, rtf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, zip, jpeg, pdf, ods, png, and odt file types. Up to 5MB of data can be attached, and will be included in the title of the order, itself. No longer will you need to reach out to your Writers just to provide them the extra knowledge they might need for your content. Check out this great new feature and see what else is new to make this process as streamlined and easy for you as possible.
From documents to images, there is a great deal of information that can be very useful in putting together your latest order. Does your client work with databases and spreadsheets? Attach a sample for your writer to review before she begins her work. Is your client an inventor with a new product on the market? Provide your writer with some images that he can look at to better describe the use of this great new device. If you have more than one document or file to send to your writer, zip them up in a compressed folder. This opens the door for all kinds of additional information for your writer to have on hand during the creation of your content.
