This week we have the pleasure of featuring our good friend and colleague, Matt Cassarino of Superlative Internet. We have asked Matt to answer a few questions to get a better idea of what he is looking for when he places an order for content. In addition to quality content and attention to detail, Matt values strong communication skills that will ensure everyone involved in the project is on the same page. He also wouldn’t mind a trip to In-N-Out every once in a while. Matt — I feel your pain.

What is the name of your company? Can we have a URL to link back to you?
Superlative Internet, www.supint.com

What do you look for in content writers?
Quick response, good communication, good quality content, close attention to the little details (e.g. no typos in their messages to me).

Is there any advice you can give to Writers who take your assignments?
Don’t be afraid to over-communicate early in our working together. Because I can’t see you, can’t talk to you, etc, even just a quick email reply like “I’m on it, will be done by tomorrow 5pm PST” goes a long way to alleviate my stress so I know my project is in good hands.

What types of writing projects do you need the most help with?
I do SEO for my clients, which are in a variety of industries, so ideally I will send you there URL and let you run with it from there.  Title generation and then writing the content.

What do you currently struggle most with when it comes to creating content?
Good ideas for each article.

What do you like best about Content Runner?
Makes it pretty easy. Quality seems a lot more reliable than TextBroker.

If you could change one thing about Content Runner what would you change?
Would be nice if links were defaulted to open in a new window — target=”_blank”

If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Double-Double Animal Style, fries and diet coke from In-N-Out Burger!!
